The "Empowering Educators" workshop offers a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience, guiding educators on effectively integrating restorative circles as a powerful teaching tool. Restorative practices in the classroom foster positive relationships, promote accountability, and create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Through this workshop, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills to implement restorative circles, engage students in meaningful dialogue, and cultivate a culture of respect and empathy.



The Restorative Practices for Schools workshop is a comprehensive two-day training that dives into the principles and implementation of restorative practices within educational settings. Participants will explore the various tiers of Restorative Practices, delve into the Social Discipline Window and its connection to shame, and gain practical skills in facilitating proactive and responsive circles. The workshop also focuses on the power of affective statements in communication and provides hands-on experience in creating circle plans.



The "Building Equitable Schools" workshop is a transformative and action-oriented session that delves into the influence of white supremacy culture on school policies and practices. Participants will better understand how biases shape decision-making, leading to inequitable policies that affect marginalized students and communities. Through critical discussions and collaborative activities, attendees will explore strategies to challenge white supremacy culture, create anti-racist policies, and foster a just and inclusive school environment.
